C'est la fête!!!!
Step no.2 prepare going home favors. 
Step no. 3 Get dad to blow up 50 balloons!
Step no.4 Get your best princess costume on.
Step no. 5 Get the right number on your birthday cake.......already 6 !!! Where did the years go?!
Step No. 6 set the table and wait for the guests. That's the hardest part!!!!
Rik was a special guest but did he come only for the cake?????!!!!!!!
It was indeed a very Happy Birthday for our little (big) Eve Edelweiss!!!

Yes, Heather I noticed on your blog that your little one also turned 6 and that her birthday was in March!! I gave birth 5 days earlier , Eve Edelweiss was born on the 16th of March 2003. I'm sure your little girl has as lovely a character as our little flower!! Our family does have quite a few flowery names!! My oldest daughter 2nd name is Rose :)
Oh this looks great!!! i'm sure it was a great party! it's a pity we couldn't be there! the cake looks great! i don't blame rik...
poor dad, 50 baloons..! still that is what dad's are for, right?!
