Octoberfest day 22
After being inspired by the tutorial on "My French Country home" I finally did it and made this exquisite Tarte Tatin. It's not as beautiful as hers but it was yummy! Try it you wont be dissapointed and it's really easy!

i made one of these the other day, and it WAS delicious! i made one from Delia Smith cook book, and it was so melt in the mouth amazing... i ate most of it..
